In times of stress and uncertainty, the longing for balance and relaxation grows. As a result, interest in meditation and mindfulness exercises grows. Providing a break for our system when it is running at full speed is not so easy. To be in silence and free of thoughts usually does not happen at the push of a button. We therefore offer different approaches to meditation, because not all methods and ways are equally suitable for everyone.

Many of our meditations can be traced back to the Indian mystic Osho, who developed active meditation techniques that enable us to free ourselves from the stress of everyday life in levels that start with movement and expression and then find our way into silence. We offer daily different one-hour meditations. Below is the weekly schedule and descriptions (click on the name of the meditation for the description) of the different meditations.
